Refund Policy

General Policy

Netsphere Digital LLP provides digital marketing services that are delivered over time and tailored to each client’s requirements.

Refund Eligibility

Customers may contact our support team if they experience any issue with the service. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair and reasonable resolution.

Same-Day Requests

Requests submitted on the same day as the order may be eligible for review prior to service activation.

Service Activation

Once an order has been reviewed, confirmed, and work has started, refunds may no longer be guaranteed due to the nature of digital services.

Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in cases where:

  • the service has already started or been partially delivered
  • the agreed scope of work has been initiated
  • misuse or violation of our terms is detected
